A lot of us keep notes on where we fished and what bit, whether it’s in a notebook, a phone or just memory. The Fishing Tracker is a free, private fishing log you can use in your web browser, and I wanted Dixie Fishing readers to know about it. It keeps your trips and catches in one place so you can look back at them later. – Geoff
Free. Opens in a new tab. You’ll need a free login through OverSkill, the platform the app runs on.
What the Fishing Tracker does
- Log your trips. Record the lake or river, the access point you used and the conditions.
- Record your catches. Note the species, weight and length, plus notes on the bait or lure.
- See your personal best. The tracker highlights your personal best.
- Keep it private. Your records are private to your account.

How it works
Open the tracker and sign in with a free OverSkill login. Then add a trip and log your catches as you go, or when you get home. The tracker is a separate app hosted on the OverSkill platform. What you enter there is stored by OverSkill under its own terms, not on dixiefishing.com. Our privacy policy has more detail.
